What affects the final price?
Volume of the print+
More material = more cost. A solid hand-sized piece costs more than a hollow one of the same outer size.
Geometry & complexity+
Overhangs, fine threads, thin walls all need supports or extra care, which adds time.
Material chosen+
PLA is the most affordable. PETG and ABS are middle of the pack. TPU and specialty filaments (carbon-fibre nylon, wood-fill, silk) cost more.
Finish & post-processing+
Sanding, priming, painting, polishing — each adds hand-work. We'll itemise it for you.
Quantity+
Per-unit price drops at 5+, 10+, 25+ and 50+ pieces. Ask about batches.
Urgency+
Standard turnaround is included. Rush jobs (next-day) carry a small premium.

The soul behind the shape
A small studio in Pune. A stack of printers. One stubborn standard.
We started SoulShapeStudio because the local options were either huge industrial bureaus that wouldn't take small jobs, or hobbyists who'd ghost you halfway through. We thought there was a quieter middle path.
Today the studio runs four FDM machines — two with hardened steel hot ends — out of one room in Pune. We answer the WhatsApps ourselves. We sand, prime and pack every piece by hand at our bench. If something comes out wrong, we reprint it on us.
What we're not: a same-day mass-print bureau, a resin/SLA shop, or a marketplace platform. What we are: a small FDM studio that takes 1-of-1 jobs and small batches seriously, with hand-finishing on every piece.

Frequently asked
Things people ask before saying yes.
What file formats do you accept?
STL is preferred. We also accept OBJ, 3MF, STEP and STP. If you have a Blender or Fusion 360 file, send it — we can convert.
What's your max build size?
250 × 250 × 300 mm on our FDM printers. For larger pieces, we split the model, print the parts, and bond them seamlessly — just flag oversized dimensions in your brief.
Where do you ship?
Pan-India via BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery and India Post — typically 3–7 days for metros, 5–10 days elsewhere. International on custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Razorpay, all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and direct bank transfer. International? Razorpay or Wise.
Do you provide GST invoices?
GST registration is in progress — we'll start issuing GST invoices as soon as it completes (expected in the next few weeks). If you need a GST invoice for your purchase, mention it on WhatsApp and we'll let you know the exact timeline before you commit to the order.
Will my file/idea stay confidential?
Yes. We don't share, post, or reuse client work without permission. Happy to sign a mutual NDA before we start.
Refunds and reprints?
If a print fails on our end, we reprint it on us. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours — we'll replace or refund. Custom designs aren't refundable once approved for print.
What won't you print?
Weapons or weapon parts, anything copyrighted you don't have rights to, anything misleading or harmful. We'd rather lose the order than the trust.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Per-unit price drops at 5+, 10+, 25+ and 50+. For 100+ batches we'll quote a custom rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — usually via India Post International or DHL. Quotes are custom because of varying duties & courier rates.
Can you paint and finish the print?
Yes — sanding, priming, hand-painting, varnishing, oiling. Tell us what you want and we'll quote it as a line item.
