How we handle your data.

We're a small studio. We don't have a sales funnel or a marketing automation stack. The data we hold is the data you actively give us — through the forms on this site or by writing to us directly. Here's exactly what happens with it.

What we collect

When you fill in any form on soulshapestudio.com, you share with us:

• Your name
• Your email address or WhatsApp number
• A PIN code (for shipping estimates)
• A description of what you'd like us to make
• Optionally — a 3D file, a sketch, or a reference image

Each form opens WhatsApp with these details pre-filled. The message lands on our business WhatsApp account (and on Meta's servers, per WhatsApp's own terms) only after you tap Send in WhatsApp. If you don't tap Send, nothing leaves your phone.

This site uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party cookies. The only "tracking" is the access logs our host keeps to serve the page — those are temporary and contain no personal data.

How we use it

We use what you share to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Send you a quote
• Print, design, or model what you've asked for
• Ship the finished work
• Send progress photos when relevant
• Issue a GST invoice once our registration completes

That's the full list. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone for marketing.

Who we share with

Only the minimum needed to do the job:

• A courier partner (BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post) when we ship — they need your name, address, and phone
• A payment gateway (UPI app, Razorpay, etc.) when you pay — they handle billing info; they never see your file or brief
• The host of this site — they store the static files only

We do not share your 3D file, sketches, or briefs with anyone outside the studio. We do not use your designs as portfolio examples without first asking you.

File confidentiality

If you'd like a written NDA before sharing files, we'll sign one — just ask. Confidential by default either way.

Your rights

Write to hello@soulshapestudio.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 72491 99984, and we'll:

• Tell you what we have on file about you
• Update or delete it
• Stop using it for any specific purpose you name

We aim to respond within seven working days.

Changes

If we change anything material on this page, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes (for example, a new third party we share data with) will be flagged on the homepage for thirty days.
